Payment Policy
Here are our terms of trade. It’s all reasonably standard, but if you’re working with us, you should probably take some time to read through so we’re on the same page.
Payments
Payment for consultations booked online is required prior or on the date. Unpaid fees will incur an administrative charge of $10 if not settled within 7 days of the invoice date. Any outstanding amount must be settled prior to any further appointment bookings.
Payment can be done via bank transfer or in cash.
Invoices for any of our services except consultations are due 20 (twenty) days after their invoice date. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please speak with us. We are happy to discuss payment arrangements with you.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. If you fail to provide us with 2 days prior notice or fail to attend an appointment, we will charge you 100% of the consultation fee.
Refunds
Should you have paid your consultation fee in advance and need to cancel it without rescheduling, you will be refunded as long as you notify us 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment.
Liability
I do not medically diagnose or prescribe treatment. If you have a physical injury or disease I ask you to also be in the care of a licensed medical professional, psychologist or psychiatrist. Further I do not advise you to discontinue any medical or other treatments that you may be receiving. My work is intended to complement the other treatments.
Self-care is an extremely important part of the process. It is your responsibility. If at any time during the session you are uncomfortable, it is your responsibility to inform me immediately.
