Getting Started

No, you do not need a referral. You are welcome to contact us directly or book an Onboarding Meeting at any time.
We support children, teenagers, and adults. While many of our clients are parents seeking support for their child, we also work with adults experiencing listening, processing, or cognitive challenges.
Services & Support
We support individuals experiencing:
- Listening and auditory processing difficulties
- Speech and language delays
- Sensory processing challenges
- Attention and learning difficulties
- Emotional regulation challenges
- Brain injury or cognitive changes
Each programme is tailored to the individual’s needs.
Hearing is the ability to detect sound, while listening is how the brain processes and interprets that sound.
It is possible to have normal hearing but still struggle with listening, which can impact communication, focus, and learning.
We take our time to get to know our clients and their individual circumstances to select the most suitable programme. Further, we follow up on a regular basis during a programme.
Tomatis Method
The Tomatis Method is a non-invasive auditory training approach that uses carefully filtered music and sound stimulation to improve how the brain processes sound.
It supports areas such as attention, communication, emotional regulation, motor coordination and cognitive development.
The Tomatis Method addresses the cause by re-routing neuronal pathways with a structured program of brain retraining. The Tomatis Method uses specially designed headphones to modify music and voices in a way to stimulate the neuronal pathways in becoming more effective.
Yes, the Tomatis Method is a gentle and non-invasive approach that is suitable for both children and adults.
The length of a programme varies depending on individual needs. A typical programme consists of listening for 30 to 60 minutes over 3-4 weeks followed by a consolidation phase of 4-6 weeks concluding with another assessment to evaluate the progress. Ongoing support throughout the process is provided.
The number of these intensive listening blocks depend on the individual.
Yes — the initial assessment is designed to lead into a structured Tomatis programme. If you are unsure, we recommend starting with an Onboarding Meeting to explore your options first.
